Fixed Schedule Options:
Training days are fixed and cannot be changed or mixed.
Students must adhere to their chosen schedule throughout the program.
Hygiene Requirements for Non-Toilet-Trained Children:
Children who are not yet toilet-trained must wear:
1. A disposable swim diaper
2. A reusable swim diaper over it
3. A proper swimsuit over both
This ensures cleanliness and safety in the pool environment.
Absence & Make-Up Policy:
Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or compensated under any circumstances.
Sessions cancelled by the academy will be made up at the end of the cycle or on a suitable day within the same month.
Punctuality:
Students must arrive on time.
No extra time will be added in case of late arrival.
Session Privacy & Poolside Rules:
Parents are not allowed to sit or wait beside the pool during other students’ sessions to respect privacy and minimise distractions.
Changing rooms should be used quickly and efficiently.
It is preferable to prepare the child before arriving or before entering the pool.
Parental Presence:
A parent or guardian must be present during the entire session.
Please maintain calm and minimal interaction to allow the coach to focus on instruction.
Cleanliness:
Please help keep the facility clean and use all amenities responsibly.
Safety Guidelines:
Safety instructions will be explained by the coach during the first session.
Parents must understand and adhere to these guidelines.
Sibling & Photography Policy:
Siblings are not allowed to enter or swim in the pool.
Photography during group sessions is not allowed unless permission is obtained from all other parents.
Coaches may not be filmed unless prior consent is given.
Communication Policy:
All questions and concerns must be sent through the academy’s official WhatsApp number.
Please do not approach coaches during other students’ sessions for discussions.
Quiet Environment:
Please avoid using mobile phones at high volume during sessions.
Parents must observe and monitor the session at all times.
Physical Contact for Instructional Purposes:
The coach may need to touch the student’s head, neck, chest, back, lower back, abdomen, thighs, legs, feet, arms, and hands to ensure proper movement and safety.
If you are uncomfortable with this, please inform the coach in advance so alternatives can be arranged.
Media Use & Documentation:
The coach may record videos or take photos of the student in and out of the water for training and assessment purposes.
Some content may be used on the academy’s social media without revealing the student’s identity, unless written permission is granted by the parent or guardian.
